Warehousing and Active Foreign Trade Zone
The Port of Tucson, located within Century Park Research Center, provides access to 1.8 million square feet of warehousing, distribution, and manufacturing facilities. Designed with logistics in mind, the 30′ interior height and 100’x300′ bay sizes allow for greater efficiency when planning for warehousing or manufacturing. Rail transportation within the park is extensive with dock level rail access to certain buildings and inter-park drayage of intermodal shipments available.
